How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 10–14 days as they're prepared and shipped with care.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the United Kingdom. If you're elsewhere, reach out and we'll see what we can do.
Does it need electricity?
No — your freezer does the freezing. The pan just holds and spreads the cold evenly so a thin poured layer sets fast enough to roll.
How long does it actually take?
The pan needs a 12-hour freeze before its first use. After that, each batch sets in about 10 minutes once poured — then a minute or two to roll.
What can I make with it?
Anything pourable and cold-friendly — dairy or non-dairy milk, yoghurt, or fruit purée. You control the ingredients and the sugar.
Is it dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand-washing the pan to keep the surface smooth and even for the next freeze. The scrapers are dishwasher-safe.
