When will I get a tracking number?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. As soon as your SiftLock ships, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
How long until it arrives?
Delivery typically takes 4–8 business days from dispatch. Occasional delays happen with customs or carrier volume — thanks for your patience if that's the case.
My tracking number isn't showing any updates yet.
That's normal in the first 24–48 hours after it ships, while the parcel enters the carrier's network. If it's been longer than that with no movement, get in touch and we'll look into it.
I haven't received a shipping confirmation yet.
