Our Story

Rolled Ice Cream Shouldn't Need a Machine.

ROULÉ started with a simple question: the "rolled ice cream" you see made on a frozen steel table at night markets and pop-ups — why does making it at home require a bulky electric machine? It doesn't. It just needs a cold, even surface, and two scrapers.

Most rolled-ice-cream kits either skip straight to a motorized machine, or leave you improvising with a baking tray that never gets cold enough, fast enough. We wanted something in between — simple as a mixing bowl, but built specifically for the job.

A food-grade stainless steel pan holds an even sub-zero surface once frozen, so a thin poured layer of your base sets solid in minutes rather than hours. Two scrapers, sized and angled for the job, do the rolling. That's the whole idea.

No motor. No noise. No assembly. Just a freezer, ten minutes, and whatever's in the fridge.

What We Believe

Three Ideas We Build Around

Simple Over Motorized

One pan, two scrapers, no moving parts to break or store.

A Ten-Minute Ritual

Freeze once, then roll a fresh batch anytime — no separate step to plan around.

You Choose the Ingredients

Dairy, non-dairy milk, yoghurt, or fruit purée — the pan does the freezing, you do the flavour.
